Discover the beauty of the Okavango delta with traditional canoe (Mokoro) lead by experienced poolers guide taking us through the channels of the Okavango Delta where we experience the beauty of the unspool wilderness. Moremi Game Reserve-as part of the Okavango delta is one of Africa’s well-known game reserve. A breathtaking with incredible sightings around every corner from the southern part (Maqwe) to the northern part (khwai). With its toss up for first prize sharing river border with Magotho this the perfect stop from moremi & Savuti as this reserve is situated in between two-park Moremi & Savuti section of Chobe national park. Wild animal roam freely between these areas. Sightings are plentiful throughout the year because high water levels attract game and the predators. Chobe National Park with unforgettable memories with large elephant herds swimming across the mighty chobe river.

Day 1

A pick up at the lodge/hotel at around 0700hrs then drive (45 Km) to Mokoro (Traditional Canoe) station for mokoro ride (traditional canoe) and walk, drop off to overnight in the delta.

Day 2

A pick up at Morutsha Mokoro station around 0900hrs then drive to Xini lagoon (Moremi Game Reserve), we have lunch enroute or at the south gate, after lunch, we drive to Xini lagoon for evening game drive and at around 1815hrs we drive to the campsite. Moremi Game Reserve is about 99km from Maun.

Day 3

Waking up at around 0545hrs breakfast follows morning game drive in Xini area. At around 1145hrs we drive back to the camp to spend the heat of the day also for lunch and recap. At 1500hrs, we continue with evening game drive until 1815hrs we return to camp, shower and dinner.

Day 4

Waking up at around 0530hrs start-packing bags follows breakfast; break up the camp and morning game drive in Xini lagoon while heading to Third Bridge. After game drive, we proceed to Xakanaka trespassing through Third bridge area to Xakanaka gate to check in and drive to setup the camp. At around 1530hrs we continue with evening game drive in until 1815hrs we return the camp, shower and dinner. (From Xini to Xakanaka is 42km drive).

Day 5

Waking up at around 0545hrs breakfast, follows morning game drive in Xakanaka, dead tree island area and Meyer’s pan searching for wild dogs, leopards, cheetahs. Around 1145hrs, we drive back to the camp to spend the heat of the day also for lunch and recap. At 1500hrs, we do boat cruise in Xakanaka River (Okavango delta) .Later at 1630hrs we continue with evening game drive until 1815hrs we return to the camp, shower and dinner.

Day 6

Waking up at around 0530hrs pack bags, have breakfast then drive to our next site (Magotho concession / Private Park). A game drive on Xakanaka while transiting Moremi game reserve and continue our game drive while transiting Khwai Moremi game drive to Magotho private area (Xakanaka to Khwai north gate is about 35 km drive), before reach Magotho we will drive to khwai camp grounds for mokoro ride(on khwai river).

Day 7

Waking up at around 0545hrs breakfast, follows morning game drive in Magotho riverfront, Acacia Crossing and Matswere pan area and Chobe national park (Magotho shares a border Moremi and Chobe national park. Around 1145hrs, we drive back to the camp to spend the heat of the day also for lunch and recap. At 1500hrs, we continue with evening game drive until 1815hrs we return to the camp, shower and dinner.

Day 8

Waking up at around 0530hrs start pack bags follows breakfast, after we proceed to Savuti national park, a game drive on Mababe depression while transiting through Mababe. We will stop at Marabou waterhole stretch point for rest and have lunch while watching elephants at waterhole. At around 1500hrs an evening game starts, driving through Savuti marsh and Rhino vlei searching for the famous (marsh pride) then drive to our new campsite (Boga 2, SV6 or Leopard rock). (From khwai to Savuti is around 67 km).

Day 9

Waking up at about 0545hrs, have breakfast and embark for morning game drive (Savuti national park) passing by bushman rock paintings (ROCK ART) then Savuti marsh, Baobab gallery afterwards we return to the camp for lunch and rest, at 1500hrs we embark for evening game drive to Jackal island and return to the camp site.

Day 10

Waking up at around 0530hrs have breakfast ,a start a morning game drive in (Savuti) then proceed to (Chobe national park) entering at (Ngoma gate), lunch enroute ,rest at Serodela picnic site then we do evening game drive until 1815hrs then we head to the camp site(Chobe national park.

Day 11

Waking up at around 0545hrs have breakfast then a morning game drive until 1130hrs,then we proceed to Kasane town for a three hour Chobe boat cruise at 1200hrs until 1500hrs .After a boat cruise we continue with evening game drive heading to the camp site.

Day 12

Drop off at Kasane town
Transfer to Kasane for drop-off at hotel or lodge.

The Okavango Delta is a vast inland river delta in northern Botswana. It's known for its sprawling grassy plains, which flood seasonally, becoming a lush animal habitat. The Moremi Game Reserve occupies the east and central areas of the region. Here, dugout canoes are used to navigate past hippos, elephants and crocodiles. On dry land, wildlife includes lions, leopards, giraffes and rhinos.
